Una reclamacio\u0301n en el sentido de estas disposiciones no incluye una solicitud relativa a hechos de menor importancia que ya hayan sido resueltos, ni una solicitud de informacio\u0301n o aclaracio\u0301n.<\/p><p>A tal efecto, el Cliente podra\u0301 enviar una carta por escrito (por correo postal, correo electro\u0301nico o fax) a su gestor patrimonial, que debera\u0301 contener los siguientes datos:<br \/><em>&#8211; identidad, funcio\u0301n y datos de contacto del solicitante<br \/>&#8211; nu\u0301mero de cuenta en el banco depositario o fecha\/referencia del mandato de gestio\u0301n<br \/>&#8211; descripcio\u0301n de los hechos y documentacio\u0301n\/correspondencia relacionada<br \/>&#8211; cualquier otro detalle pertinente<\/em><\/p><p>En un plazo de 10 di\u0301as, el cliente recibira\u0301 un acuse de recibo de su carta y los datos de contacto de la persona quie\u0301n tramita la solicitud.<\/p><p>En un plazo de 30 di\u0301as laborables a partir de la recepcio\u0301n de la carta, el Cliente recibira\u0301 una respuesta de Momentum AM o, en su defecto, la confirmacio\u0301n de que no puede cumplirse el plazo de tramitacio\u0301n de un mes y una fecha en la que deberi\u0301a ser posible recibir una respuesta.<\/p><p>No obstante, si el reclamante considera que no ha recibido una respuesta completa, comprensible, justificada o satisfactoria a su solicitud, podra\u0301 manifestar su insatisfaccio\u0301n al Director de Momentum AM, responsable ante las autoridades reguladoras de la tramitacio\u0301n de las reclamaciones.<\/p><p>Esta carta de su reclamacio\u0301n, dispone de un plazo de un an\u0303o (a partir de la fecha en la que presento\u0301 su reclamacio\u0301n a Momentum AM) para dirigirse por escrito a la CSSF &#8211; Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cssf.lu\/\">http:\/\/www.cssf.lu<\/a>), quie\u0301n puede intervenir como o\u0301rgano extrajudicial de resolucio\u0301n de litigios.<\/p><p>Los requisitos que deben cumplirse y los documentos que deben aportarse como parte de este recurso esta\u0301n disponibles en Momentum AM, previa solicitud por escrito o pueden
