una estructura interna para identificar, evaluar, evitar y gestionar situaciones en las que los intereses del Cliente entrari\u0301an en conflicto con los de la empresa o sus empleados y que podri\u0301an suponer una desventaja para el Cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando Momentum AM considera que el riesgo de conflicto de intereses no esta\u0301 suficientemente controlado, se informa al Cliente de la naturaleza y\/o el origen de las posibles amenazas, asi\u0301 como de las medidas adoptadas para mitigar este riesgo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, en el marco del servicio de gestio\u0301n discrecional, el me\u0301todo de remuneracio\u0301n de los empleados o el tratamiento de los incentivos (induccio\u0301n) se tratan y se controlan especi\u0301ficamente como situaciones de riesgo.<\/p>\n<p>Momentum AM tambie\u0301n evalu\u0301a cada an\u0303o si sus disposiciones y procedimientos organizativos son suficientes para garantizar que se evitan los riesgos de perjudicar los intereses del Cliente.<\/p>\n<p>Tan pronto como Momentum AM considere que sus medidas organizativas no son suficientemente adecuadas y no pueda garantizar con certeza razonable que se evitara\u0301n dichas situaciones, se informara\u0301 al Cliente de forma clara, detallada y especi\u0301fica sobre la identificacio\u0301n y gestio\u0301n de estos conflictos de intereses.<\/p>\n<p>Previa solicitud, Momentum AM facilitara\u0301 al Cliente una descripcio\u0301n resumida de su poli\u0301tica de gestio\u0301n de conflictos de
