interna per identificar, avaluar, evitar i gestionar les situacions en qu\u00e8 els interessos del Client entren en conflicte amb els de l\u2019empresa.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Amb la finalitat de protegir els interessos del Client, Momentum AM ha posat en marxa una estructura interna per identificar, avaluar, evitar i gestionar situacions en qu\u00e8 els interessos del Client podrien entrar en conflicte amb els de l&#8217;empresa o els seus empleats i que podrien suposar un desavantatge pel Client.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Quan Momentum AM considera que el risc de conflicte d&#8217;interessos no est\u00e0 suficientment controlat, s\u2019informa al Client de la naturalesa i\/o l&#8217;origen de les possibles amenaces, aix\u00ed com de les mesures adoptades per mitigar aquest risc.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p>Per exemple, en el marc del servei de gesti\u00f3 discrecional, el m\u00e8tode de remuneraci\u00f3 dels empleats o el tractament dels incentius (inducci\u00f3) es tracten i es controlen espec\u00edficament com situacions de risc.<\/p><p><br>Momentum AM tamb\u00e9 avalua cada any si les seves disposicions i procediments organitzatius son suficients per garantir que es prevenen els riscos de perjudicar els interessos del Client.<\/p><p><br>Tan aviat com Momentum AM consideri que les seves mesures organitzatives no son suficientment adequades i no pugui garantir amb certesa raonable que es preveuran aquestes situacions, s&#8217;informar\u00e0 al Client de manera clara, detallada i espec\u00edfica sobre la identificaci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests conflictes d&#8217;interessos.<\/p><p><br>A sol\u00b7licitud del Client, Momentum AM facilitar\u00e0 una descripci\u00f3 resumida de la seva pol\u00edtica de gesti\u00f3 de conflictes d&#8217;interessos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
