qualitat que respongui a les expectatives i interessos de cada Client, creant una relaci\u00f3 personalitzada per a cadascun d&#8217;ells.<\/p><p>Momentum AM es compromet a prestar un servei professional i de qualitat que satisfaci les expectatives i interessos de cada Client.<\/p><p>No obstant aix\u00f2, si un Client es sent insatisfet amb el servei financer de Momentum AM, pot expressar la seva insatisfacci\u00f3 per obtenir el reconeixement d&#8217;un dret o la compensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una p\u00e8rdua.<br \/>Una reclamaci\u00f3 en el sentit d&#8217;aquestes disposicions no inclou una sol\u00b7licitud relativa a fets de menor import\u00e0ncia que ja hagin estat resolts, ni una sol\u00b7licitud d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 o aclariment.<\/p><p>A tal efecte, el Client podr\u00e0 enviar una carta per escrit (per correu postal, correu electr\u00f2nic o fax) al seu gestor patrimonial, que haur\u00e0 de contenir les seg\u00fcents dades:<br \/>Identitat, funci\u00f3 i dades de contacte del sol\u00b7licitant.<br \/>N\u00famero de compte al banc dipositari o data\/refer\u00e8ncia del mandat de gesti\u00f3.<br \/>Descripci\u00f3 dels fets i documentaci\u00f3\/correspond\u00e8ncia relacionada.<br \/>Qualsevol altre detall pertinent.<\/p><p>En un termini de 10 dies, el client rebr\u00e0 un ac\u00fas de rebut de la seva carta i les dades de contacte de la persona qui tramitar\u00e0 la sol\u00b7licitud.<\/p><p>En un termini de 30 dies laborables a partir de la recepci\u00f3 de la carta, el Client rebr\u00e0 una resposta de Momentum AM o, en el seu defecte, la confirmaci\u00f3 que no es pot complir el termini de tramitaci\u00f3 d\u2019un mes i una data en qu\u00e8 es podr\u00e0 rebre una resposta.<\/p><p>No obstant aix\u00f2, si el reclamant considera que no ha rebut una resposta completa, comprensible, justificada o satisfact\u00f2ria a la seva sol\u00b7licitud, podr\u00e0 manifestar la seva insatisfacci\u00f3 al Director de Momentum AM, responsable davant les autoritats reguladores de la tramitaci\u00f3 de les reclamacions.<\/p><p>Aquesta carta haur\u00e0 de ser dirigida a:<\/p><p>Director delegat de la tramitaci\u00f3 rel=\"noopener\">contact@momentum.lu\u00a0<\/a><\/p><p>Fax: +352 282 646 &#8211; 11<\/p><p>Si el reclamant continua sense estar satisfet amb el resultat de la seva reclamaci\u00f3, disposa d&#8217;un termini d\u2019un any (a partir de la data en qu\u00e8 va presentar la seva reclamaci\u00f3 a Momentum AM) per adre\u00e7ar-se per escrit a la CSSF &#8211; Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cssf.lu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.cssf.lu<\/a>), qui pot intervenir com a \u00f2rgan extrajudicial de resoluci\u00f3 de conflictes.<\/p><p>Els requisits que s&#8217;han de complir i els documents que s&#8217;han de presentar com a part d\u2019aquest recurs estan disponibles a Momentum AM, pr\u00e8via sol\u00b7licitud per escrit, o poden
